Bit of a messy project in terms of part of the fieldwork being delayed, but Hanna did an excellent job on the PM front, and combined with the teams in the background (scripting, DP), we managed to hit tight deadlines.
Communication was great. Was always kept updated on how things were going.
Danielle is a fantastic project manager, she's great at keeping us up to date about fieldwork and she has a constructive approach to solving issues. Really appreciated her support in timing the survey and looking for questions that might be confusing for the specific target group.
Excellent job as always, with smooth product management by Hanna to make this multi method, multi brand study work very well.

Fieldwork was done much earlier than expected. Excellent project management by Danielle and speedy work by Jacob, particularly finding a DP slot, was greatly appreciated
Flexibility to help us out when things evolved from initial scope and comfortably hit targets/timelines. Good proactive communications, challenges and suggestions from Kaitlin throughout - felt like she was really on it
Frequent updates and updating of the interim data is really useful
Gabriel continues to manage this tracking research brilliantly; we have a happy client who continues to re-commission because of this :-)
