CATI tracking
A large-scale CATI tracking programme was delivered to measure corporate clients’ experiences over the previous 12 months. The research focused on senior contacts within £50m+ turnover businesses, with each wave typically achieving around 1,500 interviews over a three-week field period.
Accuracy and professionalism were non-negotiable. Interviewers worked from a detailed client brief, supported by enhanced quality control, live monitoring and ongoing coaching. The programme has run for multiple waves and is subject to client audit, requiring consistent standards across time. Results were made available via a bespoke live dashboard, allowing client teams to access and review findings throughout fieldwork.
